SYNOPSIS
Flora struggles to keep her job at a cafe in which the waitresses need to slide down without dropping the dishes. The film was shot in the sculpture garden 'The Golem' by artist Niki de Saint Phalle in Jerusalem.
DIRECTOR'S BIO
Talya Lavie (b. 1978) is a leading Israeli filmmaker. Her debut feature Zero Motivation premiered at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival and won the Best Film Award and the best femme-centric Nora Ephron Prize. Zero Motivation was released in Israel in 2014 and broke the box-office records, in addition to winning 6 Israeli Academy Awards. Lavie’s second feature Honeymood, will be released in 2020. Lavie teaches at the JSFS.
