Sixty year-old Julian is on his way to work at the printing house. Julian has been showing up for work every day for the past two months, ever since he was fired, as if nothing ever happened.

Tom Shoval's (b. 1981) debut feature, Youth (2013), premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival and won Best Film award at the Jerusalem Film Festival. His short, Kishuf, was part of the tribute project Voice Over (MoMA 2020). Shoval’s second feature Shake Your Cares Away starring French actress Bérénice Bejo is to be released in 2020. Shoval is a teacher at JSFS.
