SYNOPSIS
Babaga, a strange and wild woman, lives in the forest. Wandering, she finds the body of a handsome young man. She brings him back to life and nurses him, and in time they grow close. Before exposing his covered eyes, Babaga tries to make herself worthy of love.
DIRECTOR'S BIO
Gan de Lange (b. 1985) is a director of shorts and an art director. Her post-graduation shorts received international acclaim, including Nest (2011), which won First Prize at the Kyoto International Film Festival; Groundwater (2014), which screened at the Vancouver Film Festival; and Revital is an Alien (2016), which screened at Aspen Film Festival and Palm Springs Film Festival.
